A view of the Panhandle

One of the greater things about moving west and out of the city is that you are closer to the sunset and fewer things get in the way of seeing it. I got this outside our back door at 9:15 pm. Notice the only thing in the way is the water tower. I guess you notice water towers more in the panhandle becuase they are the tallest objects in the sky. I pray that you find beauty in your world today.

ok, I am going to come out and tell you I have been reading your blog and enjoying it. (Trey's blog led me to it) But recently figured out some things we have in common. We live 20 miles from you and are good friends with your cousin Josh squash. Small world. Keep enjoying the sunsets. I just thought I would introduce myself.

Isn't it nice to enjoy the sunsets and sunrises out here in the Panhandle instead of those city lights.

I personally love the sunsets in the panhandle. I have lived in the mountains, the hills, the coast and the panhandle--each has their own beauty but the sunset in the panhandle---God's art!

Peace
